The Lemon Consulting seeks a Customer Support Agent for an on-site role in Lisbon, Portugal. This 6-month fixed-term contract offers a monthly salary of €930, paid across 14 salaries, with comprehensive onboarding and ongoing coaching to ensure readiness in a fast-paced support environment.

Responsibilities include handling multi-channel customer inquiries, verifying account details, and ensuring accurate case documentation while maintaining high satisfaction.

Qualificações

• Native / fluent in French both verbal and written (C2 considered).
• Fluent in English at C1 level or higher.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer information.
• Proficiency with automated customer support tools and platforms (preferred).
• Ability to analyze problems, think critically, and resolve issues independently.

Responsabilidades

• Provide responsive and professional support to business customers across Phone, Email, and Chat.
• Assist clients with account-related queries, including identity verification and account information confirmation.
• Adhere to regulatory guidelines and internal procedures as directed by the client.
• Troubleshoot issues and offer effective solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of customer interactions, maintaining client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate documentation of interactions and updates in internal systems.
• Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and share best practices.
