The lemon Consulting is seeking a fluent Flemish and English speaking customer support agent to join our international team in Lisbon on a hybrid work model after the first 3 months. The role starts on 03/08/2026 and offers a base salary with language and performance bonuses.

You will handle inquiries via phone, email and chat, ensure fast issue resolution, and collaborate with cross-border teams to maintain high customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Flemish (C1/C2) and strong command of English (B2+).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a problem-solving attitude.

Responsabilidades
