Job summary

Randstad Portugal is recruiting Customer Support Specialists to join our international team in Portugal, with native or fluent Turkish, Swedish, Danish, Russian, Polish, Greek, or Czech and strong English skills.

You'll engage with customers across phone, email, live chat and social media, resolve issues, and document interactions in the CRM. We offer a competitive base salary with meal allowance, performance bonuses, health insurance, and paid initial training.

Qualifications

• Native or C1/C2-level fluency in Turkish, Swedish, Danish, Russian, Polish, Greek, or Czech (mandatory).
• Good working knowledge of English (B2 level) for internal communication and training.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Exceptional listening and written communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy and comfort navigating CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Multi-channel engagement: provide support in your native language via phone, email, live chat and social media.
• Resolve inquiries promptly and troubleshoot product and service issues.
• Deliver friendly, empathetic service to ensure outstanding user experiences.
• Record customer details and interaction history accurately in the CRM.
