Noesis is seeking a MuleSoft operations engineer to govern L2 activities across Europe, focusing on platform stability and SLA adherence. The role requires hands-on management of MuleSoft Flex Gateway, multi-cloud environments, and robust incident resolution.

You will troubleshoot across AWS, Azure and OpenShift, runbooks, deployments, changes, and automation scripts, while documenting incidents and contributing to knowledge bases in a collaborative, hybrid work setting.

Qualificações

• Degree in Computer Science or similar.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in MuleSoft platform management and operations (non-development focus).
• Hands-on expertise in MuleSoft Flex Gateway, Terraform, OpenShift, GitHub, and authentication protocols (OAuth, OpenID).
• Strong multi-cloud background (AWS, Azure), ITIL processes, Argo CI/CD.
• Fluent English required, written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional and external collaboration.
• Hybrid work capability with occasional on-call support; highly structured and proactive.

Main Tasks And Responsibilities

Profile
