You will own Level 3 platform operations, incident management, automation, and continuous service improvement, focusing on MuleSoft platform management and reliability rather than API development.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in MuleSoft Platform Management & Operations
• Hands-on experience with MuleSoft Flex Gateway (Omni Gateway)
• Strong knowledge of Terraform, GitHub, and OpenShift
• Experience with Argo CI/CD
• Knowledge of API security and authentication protocols (OAuth, OpenID Connect)
• Foundational knowledge of AWS and Azure
• Familiarity with ITIL processes, incident mgmt, and ops best practices
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and stakeholder communication skills
• English C1, comfortable in international environment

Responsabilités

• Provide Level 3 operational support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for MuleSoft platforms.
• Investigate and resolve complex incidents, including escalations from L2, ensuring SLA compliance.
• Monitor and optimize platform capacity, performance, availability, and scalability.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions.
• Support deployments, releases, and production changes.
• Develop automation scripts to streamline repetitive tasks.
• Maintain operational documentation, procedures, and knowledge articles.
• Contribute to continuous service improvement and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with international teams and stakeholders.
• Participate in on-call and out-of-hours support as needed

This opportunity is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in MuleSoft platform management and operations (rather than API development), who are passionate about platform reliability, performance, and operational excellence.

• Provide Level 3 operational support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for MuleSoft platforms.

What We're Looking For

Must-Have Skills:

• 5–7 years of experience in MuleSoft Platform Management & Operations.
• Hands-on experience with MuleSoft Flex Gateway (Omni Gateway).
• Strong knowledge of Terraform, GitHub, and OpenShift.
• Experience with Argo CI/CD.
• Knowledge of API security and authentication protocols (OAuth, OpenID Connect).
• Foundational knowledge of AWS and Azure.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes, incident management, and operational best practices.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and stakeholder communication skills.
• English C1, comfortable working in an international environment.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of XML, XSD, WSDL, SOAP, JSON, and Java.
• Networking fundamentals (firewalls, load balancers, Virtual IPs).
• Experience with SOAPUI and Postman.
• Linux administration knowledge.
• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaborate with multicultural teams.
• Availability for occasional out-of-hours support and short-term international travel.
