Noesis is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to design, develop, and maintain automation solutions across multi-cloud environments. You will manage MuleSoft capacity and performance, and drive service improvements while supporting international operations.

The role requires deep scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Shell) and strong knowledge of OpenShift, Terraform, and API security protocols. Fluent English is mandatory; hybrid work arrangement offered in Portugal.

Qualificações

• Degree in Computer Science or similar.
• Minimum 5 years MuleSoft platform management and operations (non-development focus).
• Expertise in MuleSoft Flex Gateway, Terraform, OpenShift, GitHub, ArgoCD, and API security protocols (OAuth, OpenID).
• Scripting and operational automation experience (Python, PowerShell, or Shell).
• Background in multi-cloud basics (AWS, Azure) and ITIL processes.
• Fluent English level (C1) both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Manage MuleSoft integration platform capacity and performance, including utilization monitoring, growth forecasting, and resource optimization across multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, OpenShift);


• Drive continuous service improvement initiatives to enhance platform reliability, stability, and operational efficiency in an international context;


• Produce technical documentation, automation runbooks, and capacity reports while supporting major incidents and service restoration activities when required.

Profile

• Solid hands-on expertise in MuleSoft Flex Gateway, Terraform, OpenShift, GitHub, ArgoCD, and API security protocols (OAuth, OpenID);


• Proven experience in scripting and operational automation (Python, PowerShell, or Shell);


• Solid background in multi-cloud basics (AWS, Azure) and ITIL processes;


• Fluent English level (mandatory), both written and spoken (C1 level);


• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and technical synthesis skills to collaborate effectively in a multicultural environment;


• Highly autonomous, structured, and proactive profile with strong problem-solving capabilities and flexibility for hybrid work and occasional on-call support.
