Job summary

ENBW IT SOLUTIONS in Lisbon seeks an experienced Microsoft 365 support specialist to provide 2nd/3rd line support for Outlook, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. You will guide end users, manage permissions, and drive incident resolution in an agile, international environment.

You’ll work in a hybrid setup, collaborating with product owners, engineers, and global teams, while delivering practical knowledge articles and improvements to service quality.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in technical support for Microsoft 365 services in an enterprise
• Strong expertise in Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business and Outlook to troubleshoot issues
• Ability to own problems from analysis to sustainable solutions
• Excellent English communication; Portuguese/German a plus
• Experience with additional MS 365 apps and collaboration tools desired

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd and 3rd-level support for Microsoft 365 services (Outlook, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive)
• Support end users and guide them through practical solutions
• Manage permissions and collaboration spaces across Microsoft 365
• Lead incident ownership from analysis to resolution, coordinating with admins and MS Support
• Ensure reliable productivity services and assist data recovery as needed
• Create knowledge articles and runbooks to enable knowledge sharing
• Identify recurring issues and implement improvements to reduce support effort
• Collaborate with Product Owners and engineers to improve MS 365 services and UX
