Job summary

ENBW IT-SOLUTIONS in Lisbon seeks an experienced IT support specialist focused on Microsoft 365 and digital workplace services. You will deliver 2nd/3rd line support for Office Apps, collaborate with service teams and Microsoft support, and own complex tickets from analysis to resolution.

You’ll operate in a hybrid work model and contribute to a modern, international IT environment with cross-border teamwork across Karlsruhe and Lisbon.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT support.
• Experience in a service-oriented role focused on users and reliable operations.
• Clear, precise English communication to non-technical business users.
• Experience with cross-border collaboration and international environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 Apps and OneDrive across Intune and Citrix environments.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for MS 365 apps, coordinating with service/product teams and MS support.
• Own high-impact tickets from root cause analysis to resolution and handover.
• Handle license-related requests and Office macros/VBA signings.
• Create knowledge articles and troubleshooting guides for 1st level teams.
• Serve as a technical interface, ensuring clear communication among users and teams.
• Identify recurring issues and drive sustainable improvements.
