Axians Portugal is seeking a Global Collaboration & Communications Product Owner to define strategy, governance and operations for Microsoft 365 and enterprise telephony. You will own the M365 environment, Teams Phone services, licensing, and automation, while coordinating with vendors and offshore teams.

You will also drive incident management, service operations, and integration with ServiceNow to deliver secure, scalable services aligned with global business needs.

Qualificações

• Experience managing Microsoft 365 environments.
• Knowledge of Teams Phone, Direct Routing, QoS, and emergency calling services.
• Automation experience using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API.
• Experience managing external vendors and offshore teams.
• Strong understanding of incident management and service operations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Platform-oriented mindset with focus on automation and self-service capabilities.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities.
