Costaterra Golf & Ocean Club, part of DLC – Discovery Land Company, is a private member community in Comporta, Portugal. We are seeking a Member Relations Operator to act as the central communications hub, managing radio updates and member messages while coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

The role emphasizes warm, personalized hospitality, discretion, and the ability to handle time-sensitive situations with professionalism.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or customer‑service training is a plus.
• Experience in member services, hospitality, dispatch, or operations coordination preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfortable using radio systems, WhatsApp, and basic computer tools.
• Strong organization, judgment, attention to detail, and professionalism.
• Calm, proactive, service‑oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Manage incoming communication from internal teams via radio, and respond to member and staff WhatsApp messages professionally and promptly.
• Prioritize and coordinate requests based on urgency, member impact, and operational needs.
• Act as the club’s central communication hub, ensuring information is relayed quickly and accurately.
• Dispatch support to internal teams, elevate urgent matters, and follow established procedures.
• Log, track, and follow up on all communications to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain a calm, service‑oriented approach during busy or time‑sensitive situations.
• Protect member privacy and always uphold confidentiality.

We’re looking for a Member Relations Operator to join our team! In this role, you’ll act as the main communication point for our private golf club community—managing radio updates from internal teams and responding to member messages and calls. You’ll help keep daily operations running smoothly while delivering warm, personalized service.
