CostaTerra Golf & Ocean Club in Comporta is seeking a Head Wellness Concierge to lead the reception and reservations for our spa and wellness areas, ensuring a smooth and exceptional experience for members and guests. You will oversee daily front‑of‑house operations, maintain wellbeing spaces, support activity bookings, and welcome guests on arrival.

The role requires 5–8 years in luxury spa/hospitality, strong leadership, and excellent English.

Qualificações

• 5–8 years of experience in luxury spa, wellness, or hospitality front‑of‑house roles.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome and guide members through their wellness journey with personalized service.
• Lead daily front‑of‑house operations: reception, reservations, and member profiles.
• Handle calls, emails, requests, and incident reports with professionalism.
• Oversee cleanliness and readiness of all wellness areas.
• Support sales through upselling wellness activities and promotions.
• Prepare daily reports and assist with stock control and charges accuracy.
• Lead, motivate, and onboard wellness concierges and attendants.
• Collaborate with managers and participate in meetings and training.
• Ensure services follow standards, safety guidelines, and regs.
• Deliver exceptional member service and service recovery when needed.

We are looking for a talented Head Wellness Concierge to join our team! In this role, you\u2019ll lead the reception and reservations for our spa and wellness areas, ensuring a smooth and exceptional experience for all members and guests. You\u2019ll oversee daily front‑of‑house operations, keep wellbeing spaces clean and organized, support activity bookings, and warmly welcome guests as they arrive.

What you will do?

• Welcome and guide members through their wellness journey, ensuring a smooth and personalized experience.
• Lead daily front‑of‑house operations, including reception setup, reservations, booking confirmations, and member profile updates.
• Handle calls, emails, member requests, and incident reports with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Oversee the cleanliness, organization, and readiness of all wellness areas.
• Support sales through upselling wellness activities, services, and promotions.
• Prepare daily reports, assist with stock control and purchasing, and ensure accuracy in member charges.
• Lead, motivate, and support wellness concierges and attendants; assist with onboarding and shift guidance.
• Collaborate with managers, attend meetings/training, and help improve operational procedures.
• Ensure all services follow company standards, safety guidelines, and local regulations.
• Deliver exceptional member service and support service recovery when needed.

What are we looking for?

• 5–8 years of experience in luxury spa, wellness, or hospitality front‑of‑house roles.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• A warm, proactive, and service‑driven approach with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with wellness or reservation systems.
• Excellent spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Professional appearance, high ethical standards, and strong attention to detail.
• Passion for wellness, guest experience, and maintaining high service standards.
