• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or customer-service training is a plus.
• Experience in member services, hospitality, dispatch, or operations coordination preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using radio systems, WhatsApp, and basic computer tools.
• Strong organization, judgment, attention to detail, and professionalism.
• Calm, proactive, service-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.

Member Relations Operator

In this role, you’ll act as the main communication point for our private golf club community—managing radio updates from internal teams and responding to member messages and calls. You’ll help keep daily operations running smoothly while delivering warm, personalized service.

What you will do

• Prioritize and coordinate requests based on urgency, member impact, and operational needs.
• Act as the club’s central communication hub, ensuring information is relayed quickly and accurately.
• Dispatch support to internal teams, elevate urgent matters, and follow established procedures.
• Log, track, and follow up on all communications to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain a calm, service‑oriented approach during busy or time‑sensitive situations.
