Quadrante is seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to join the Coordination department at our Alfragide office. The role involves planning, coordinating and overseeing multiple engineering disciplines across national and international projects to deliver technically robust outcomes.

You will manage resources, ensure quality, maintain client contacts, and pursue new business opportunities. The candidate should have a Mechanical Engineering degree, at least 5 years in similar roles, strong

Qualificações

• Pre-Bologna Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Advanced English proficiency is mandatory.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles.
• Proven track record in project management, including team leadership, scheduling and cost control.
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project.

Quadrante is looking to strengthen our Industry Business Unit by recruiting a Mechanical Project Manager for the Coordinationdepartment, based at our Alfragide office.

With both national and international projects of varying scales and typologies, Quadrante offers a unique professional experience in the Portuguese engineering market.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage the various disciplines involved in Industry projects
• Efficiently allocate resources by aligning team capabilities with project needs
• Ensure the technical quality of final project deliverables
• Maintain close relationships with clients and their representatives
• Identify and support new business development opportunities

Profile:

• Pre-Bologna Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Advanced proficiency in English (mandatory)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles
• Proven track record in project management, including team leadership, scheduling, and cost control
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
