Quadrante is strengthening its Buildings Business Unit by recruiting a Client Manager based at our Lisbon office. With national and international projects of varying scales and typologies, Quadrante offers a unique professional experience in the Portuguese engineering market.

As Client Manager you will oversee client portfolios, manage end-to-end contracts, and drive business growth while building trusted relationships with investors, authorities, designers and contractors.

Qualificações

• Degree in Architecture or Engineering required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles.
• Experience in project management.
• Proactive and creative mindset.
• Strong English language skills.

Responsabilidades

Quadrante is looking to strengthen its Buildings Business Unit by recruiting a Client Manager, based at our Lisbon office.

With both national and international projects of varying scales and typologies, Quadrante offers a unique professional experience in the Portuguese engineering market.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of clients, ensuring long-term relationships and client satisfaction;
• Manage (end-to-end) development project contracts within the Business Unit;
• Drive business growth in this area by actively identifying opportunities for project implementation management;
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with various stakeholders – investors, licensing authorities, designers, and contractors.

Profile:

• Degree in Architecture or Engineering (mandatory requirement);
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar roles;
• Experience and training in project management;
• Proven ability to build and manage strong client relationships;
• High level of proactivity and creativity;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Experience in business development (preferred);
• Advanced level of English (mandatory).
