Quadrante is strengthening its Industry Business Unit by recruiting a Client Manager for the Coordination department, based at our Alfragide office. You will manage end-to-end project development contracts and actively pursue new business opportunities across national and international projects.

The role requires a degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, fluent Portuguese and English, and strong project management experience.

Qualificações

• Mandatory degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering and relevant project management training.
• Fluent Portuguese and English are mandatory.
• Professional experience in project management.
• Experience with industrial clients in factories, green fuels, mining, or energy transition projects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and creative mindset.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end project development contracts within the Industry Business Unit.
• Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities for engineering projects.
• Establish and nurture trusted relationships with stakeholders – investors, licensing authorities, designers, and contractors.
