Job summary

Quadrante is strengthening its Industry Business Unit by recruiting a Client Manager for the Coordination department, based at our Alfragide office. You will manage end-to-end project development contracts and actively pursue new business opportunities across national and international projects.

The role requires a degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, fluent Portuguese and English, and strong project management experience.

Qualifications

Mandatory degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering and relevant project management training.
Fluent Portuguese and English are mandatory.
Professional experience in project management.
Experience with industrial clients in factories, green fuels, mining, or energy transition projects.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive and creative mindset.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end project development contracts within the Industry Business Unit.
Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities for engineering projects.
Establish and nurture trusted relationships with stakeholders – investors, licensing authorities, designers, and contractors.
