Quadrante, based at the Alfragide office, is seeking a Civil Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary Industry projects and coordinate diverse teams. The role emphasizes delivering technically sound results while managing resources and client relationships.

Ideal candidates have a Civil Engineering degree, 5+ years of PM experience, and strong English skills. The company offers a global engineering environment with international exposure and growth opportunities.

Qualificações

• Pre-Bologna Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Advanced proficiency in English (mandatory).
• Fluency in additional languages (preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles.
• Proven track record in project management, including team leadership, scheduling, and cost control.
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project.

Quadrante is looking to strengthen our Industry Business Unit by recruiting a Civil Project Manager for the Coordinationdepartment, based at our Alfragide office.

With both national and international projects of varying scales and typologies, Quadrante offers a unique professional experience in the Portuguese engineering market.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage the various disciplines involved in Industry projects
• Efficiently allocate resources by aligning team capabilities with project needs
• Ensure the technical quality of final project deliverables
• Maintain close relationships with clients and their representatives
• Identify and support new business development opportunities

Profile
