Quadrante procura um Client Manager para a Unidade de Ambiente, baseado nos nossos escritórios de Lisboa ou Porto, focado na gestão de carteira de clientes e no acompanhamento de contratos de projeto. O candidato ideal tem licenciatura em Engenharia Ambiental, ≥5 anos de experiência, gestão de projetos e inglês avançado.

Qualificações

• Diploma em Engenharia Ambiental ou área relacionada.
• Pelo menos 5 anos de experiência em funções semelhantes.
• Experiência e formação em gestão de projetos.
• Comprovada capacidade de construir e gerir fortes relações com clientes.
• Nível avançado de inglês (obrigatório).

Responsabilidades

• Gerir e desenvolver portfólio de clientes, assegurando relações de longo prazo e satisfação.
• Gerir contratos de desenvolvimento de projetos de ponta a ponta dentro da Unidade de Negócios.
• Impulsionar o crescimento do negócio identificando ativamente oportunidades de gestão de implementação de projetos.
• Construir e manter relações de confiança com várias partes interessadas – investidores, autoridades de licenciamento, designers e empreiteiros.

Client Manager - Environment Quadrante Amadora, Portuguese Republic, PT

Descrição do cargo

Quadrante is looking to strengthen its Environment Business Unit by recruiting a Client Manager, based at our Lisbon or Oporto office.

With both national and international projects of varying scales and typologies, Quadrante offers a unique professional experience in the Portuguese engineering market.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of clients, ensuring long-term relationships and client satisfaction;
• Manage (end-to-end) development project contracts within the Business Unit;
• Drive business growth in this area by actively identifying opportunities for project implementation management;
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with various stakeholders – investors, licensing authorities, designers, and contractors.

Profile:

• Degree in Environmental Engineering or a related field (mandatory requirement);
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar roles;
• Experience and training in project management;
• Proven ability to build and manage strong client relationships;
• High level of proactivity and creativity;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Experience in business development (preferred);
• Advanced level of English (mandatory).
