Qualificações

• 2–5 years in marketing operations, business operations, events or a comparable coordination or administrative role; financial services exposure is a plus.
• Comfort working with numbers, budgets and invoices, with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills; able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with guidance.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English; additional languages an advantage.
• Collaborative, proactive and dependable, with the ability to work effectively across regions and time zones.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in budget tracking and vendor administration, monitoring spend by region, program and event against forecast.
• Support forecasting, accruals and reconciliation with Finance, flagging variances for review.
• Handle vendor onboarding, purchase orders, invoicing and payment tracking; be the day-to-day contact for suppliers.
• Support the annual planning process, KPI tracking and performance reporting; prepare updates for senior management.
• Maintain dashboards and trackers to show priorities, milestones and deadlines.
• Coordinate cross-regional workstreams, ensuring timelines and documentation are consistent across markets.
• Provide execution support to strategic initiatives led by senior leaders and the wider team.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with Events, Finance, Procurement, Legal, Compliance and regional stakeholders.
