Based in Lisbon, you will help plan, coordinate, and execute iCapital events and sponsorship activations across diverse regions, collaborating with global teams to deliver high‑quality client experiences.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of experience in events, marketing, sponsorship coordination, or related coordination role.
• Experience supporting events, conferences, client meetings, or sponsorship activations.
• Fluent in English; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Support planning, coordination, and execution of proprietary iCapital events and sponsorship activations.
• Manage event timelines, checklists, attendee lists, and run-of-show documentation.
• Coordinate with cross‑regional stakeholders across EMEA, APAC, LATAM, and Canada.
• Assist with event logistics including venue research, travel, and onsite materials.
• Support sponsorship coordination, vendor contracts, invoicing workflows, and post‑event reporting.
