iCapital is seeking an Associate, Event Operations Coordinator to join our International Marketing & Communications team in Lisbon. This hands-on role supports planning, coordination and execution of proprietary events and sponsorship activations across EMEA, APAC, LATAM and Canada.

You will work with regional teams and the U.S.-based Global Events Team to deliver client-facing experiences, manage timelines, vendors and registrations, and help ensure consistent brand standards across markets.

Qualificações

• 3-5 years of experience in events, marketing, sponsorship coordination, or related role.
• Experience supporting events, conferences, or sponsorship activations in professional services.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Support planning, coordination, and execution of proprietary iCapital events and sponsorship activations across regions.
• Assist with event logistics including venue research, catering, travel, registrations, and run-of-show documentation.
• Maintain timelines, attendee lists, briefing documents, and production schedules for smooth execution.
• Support onsite delivery, registration, speaker prep, and sponsor coordination at events.
• Manage attendee registration platforms, invitations, communications, and data integrity throughout the event lifecycle.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Events, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and regional teams for sponsorships and events.
