iCapital is seeking an Associate, Event Operations Coordinator in Lisbon to support planning, coordination and execution of proprietary events and sponsorship activations across EMEA, APAC, LATAM, and Canada. This hands-on role requires proactive, detail‑oriented candidates who can manage multiple workstreams across geographies, timelines, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

You will work with the International Events Lead, regional stakeholders and the US Global Events Team to deliver

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of experience in events, marketing, sponsorship coordination, or related coordination roles.
• Experience supporting events, conferences, client meetings or sponsorship activations, ideally in financial services or professional services.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of proprietary iCapital events, including conferences, roadshows, client events, and regional sponsorship activations.
• Assist with event logistics: venue research, supplier coordination, catering, travel, and onsite materials.
• Maintain event timelines, checklists, attendee lists, and production schedules to ensure smooth execution.
• Support onsite delivery: registration, speaker prep, and sponsor coordination.
• Manage event registration platforms, attendee communications, reporting, and data accuracy across lifecycle.
• Support coordination of sponsorships and post-event follow-up.
