What Will You Do?

As a B2B Support Specialist, you will be the backbone of our advertisers' success, helping businesses maximize their impact on the platform.

• Troubleshoot & Support: Handle end-to-end product troubleshooting and customer support via email and chat channels.
• Collaborate with Experts: Partner with in-house Product Operations and Engineering teams to resolve complex technical and product queries.
• Drive Satisfaction: Ensure "Best in Class" productivity and impact resolution times, keeping customer satisfaction (CSAT) at an all-time high.
• Educate Users: Team up with technical specialists to educate advertisers on exciting product features and best practices.

Work Schedule & Flexibility

We need a team that is agile and ready to scale!

• Initial Phase: Monday to Sunday, covering a 12-hour window (07:00-19:00) with two rotating shift options:
  • Shift A: 07:00-16:00
  • Shift B: 10:00-19:00
• Future Phase (TBC): Transitioning to a 24/7 rotative shift schedule (Monday to Sunday) with 2 rotating days off per week.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: EUR 1,000 per month (paid over 14 months per year!)
• Attendance Bonus: EUR 40 per month (paid over 11 months)
