Boeva Tech in Lisbon is seeking a proactive B2B Digital Advertising Support Specialist to help advertisers troubleshoot product issues, optimize campaign experience, and fully leverage advertising tools.

You will work at the intersection of marketing, technology, and customer success, where your impact will be visible from day one and collaboration with internal teams is essential.

Formación

• Proven experience in paid campaign management.
• Degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.
• Experience in a Contact Centre or Service Program for an Advertising Tech company.
• Strong familiarity with social media platforms and digital advertising fundamentals.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Identify initiatives to improve service quality and advertiser experience.
• Manage end-to-end product troubleshooting across email and chat.
• Collaborate with Product Operations and Engineering to resolve issues.
• Drive CSAT through high-quality service throughout case journeys.
• Provide clear, proactive updates to advertisers at all touchpoints.
• Adhere to SLAs while maintaining productivity.
• Educate advertisers on product features and best practices.

As a B2B Digital Advertising Support Specialist, you will act as a trusted partner to advertisers, helping them troubleshoot product issues, optimize their campaign experience, and fully leverage advertising tools. Youll work at the intersection of marketing, technology, and customer success, where your impact will be visible from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Take an active role from day one in identifying initiatives to improve service quality and overall advertiser experience
• Manage and resolve end-to-end product troubleshooting and advertiser inquiries across email and chat channels
• Own customer cases fully, collaborating closely with internal Product Operations and Engineering teams to resolve:
  • Technical issues
  • Product-related questions
  • Generic platform inquiries
• Drive Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) by ensuring high service quality throughout the full case journey
• Provide clear, proactive updates to advertisers at every touchpoint
• Ensure strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) while maintaining best-in-class productivity
• Partner with in-house technical specialists to educate advertisers on:
  • Product features
  • Common issue types
  • Best practices for advertising success

Your Profile

Mandatory Requirements:

• Proven experience in paid campaign management
• Degree in Marketing or a related field
• Hands-on experience in Digital Marketing
• Previous experience in a Contact Centre or Service Program for an Advertising Tech company
• Strong familiarity with social media platforms and a solid understanding of digital advertising fundamentals
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Working Schedule

Initial Schedule (first phase):

• Monday to Sunday | 07:00 - 19:00
• Rotating shifts:
  • 07:00 - 16:00
  • 10:00 - 19:00
• 2 rotating days off

Future Schedule (TBC by client):

• 24/7 rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday

Compensation & Benefits
Salary Package:

• Base Salary: €1,000.00 gross/month (paid in 14 months)
• Performance bonus: € 150
• Complexity bonus: € 10
• Meal Allowance: €7.63 net per working day

Relocation & Accommodation (for candidates relocating from outside Portugal):

• Room in a shared apartment for up to 12 months withutilities included
• Cost deducted directly from payslip

Health Insurance:

• Available from Day 1 (monthly payment)
• Free after 6 months of contract
• Note: Candidates must already have or obtain NIF and NISS to enroll
