Business Intelligence Sales Consultants in Lisbon is seeking an Operations Customer Expert to support SMB clients with digital advertising tools. You will assist via chat, email, and phone to ensure an excellent end-to-end customer experience.

The role involves guiding campaigns, resolving issues, and educating customers on self-service features, with a focus on CSAT and confidentiality. You will work a 40-hour week on rotating shifts in Lisbon City Center, with training provided.

You will join a dynamic, multicultural team providing support via chat, email, and phone, ensuring an excellent end-to-end customer experience.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality support to SMB clients using digital advertising tools
• Handle pre-sales and post-sales inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
• Guide clients in optimizing their advertising campaigns and performance
• Educate customers on self-service advertising solutions and platform features
• Maintain and improve Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT) through excellent service delivery
• Troubleshoot technical and operational issues effectively
• De-escalate complex or sensitive situations using strong communication skills
• Handle confidential information with a high level of integrity and discretion

Compensation & Benefits

Monthly salary: €1237.83 gross (includes base salary, Christmas & holiday bonuses, and meal allowance)

• Meal allowance: €7.63 per working day (meal card)

Performance bonus: €300.00 gross per month

Training Program

• Duration: 15 working days
• Schedule: 8 hours/day (start between 08:30–09:30, depending on group allocation)
• Compensation: €92.80 per week during training
• Language: English

Work Schedule & Location

• 40 hours per week (8-hour shifts + 1-hour break)
• 5 working days per week
• Rotational shifts: the day shift, with hours scheduled between 07:00 and 22:00, Monday through Sunday. The night shift with hours scheduled between 22:00 and 07:00, Monday through Sunday.
• Work schedules provided 4 weeks in advance for better planning
• Location: Lisbon City Center, Portugal
