Job summary

Quinta da Comporta Wellness Boutique Hotel is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to join our hotel team. You will identify and repair faults, assist in preventive maintenance, and implement improvements to boost equipment reliability.

The role includes energy management and minor carpentry/electrical tasks within a hospitality setting. Candidates should have strong electrical, plumbing, and mechanical knowledge, good organization, and the ability to work as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical, plumbing and general mechanical maintenance.
• Ability to follow preventive maintenance routines.
• Team-oriented with strong organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Identify and repair equipment faults.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and electrical/mechanical schematics.
• Follow the Preventive Maintenance Plan and improve it.
• Analyze and implement improvements to increase equipment reliability.

Main Responsibilities:

• Identification and repair of equipment faults;

• Support in carrying out preventive maintenance and electrical and mechanical schematics;

• Compliance with and improvement of the Preventive Maintenance Plan;

• Analysis and implementation of improvements to increase equipment reliability;

• Energy management;

• Ensuring compliance with preventive maintenance routines;

• Minor repair work in carpentry, electrical, and painting tasks;
