Job summary

Hapimag's Lisboa resort is seeking a proactive Maintenance Technician to ensure flawless operation of all technical systems and resort facilities. You will perform preventive maintenance, supervise on-site tasks and external contractors, and uphold safety standards.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across plumbing, carpentry, electrical work, and building management systems, with strong communication and organizational skills. English or German language skills are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a maintenance technician or in a comparable technical role.
• Strong technical background across plumbing, carpentry, electrical work and general repair.
• Hands-on experience with building management systems and technical equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive, self-starter mindset.
• Fluency in English or German is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the flawless operation of all technical systems, machinery, and resort facilities.
• Execute preventive and predictive maintenance routines to maintain high quality standards.
• Adhere to maintenance manuals, inspect systems regularly, and report deviations to management.
• Oversee on-site maintenance tasks and external service providers.
• Coordinate safety-oriented maintenance across all equipment and facilities to ensure a safe working environment.

Located on the prestigious Rua de São José, in a prime central Lisbon neighborhood close to Avenida da Liberdade and Marquês de Pombal, the Hapimag Resort Lisboa offers 27 stylish apartments and a swimming pool, providing our guests with an ideal base to experience the city.

To continuously elevate the quality of our resort and facilities and to implement and execute a structured maintenance plan, we are looking for a dedicated team member with technical expertise to join our team as a Maintenance Technician.

What you can expect

• Ensure the flawless operation of all technical systems, machinery, and resort facilities.

• Adhere to maintenance manuals, inspect systems regularly, and promptly report any deviations to management.
• Oversee on-site maintenance tasks and external service providers.
• Coordinate safety-oriented maintenance across all equipment and facilities to ensure a safe working environment.

What you bring along
