Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience and meet personal and store sales goals. You will support daily store operations, maintain visual standards, and engage clients with fashion expertise.

The role requires 1+ year(s) of luxury retail sales experience, strong English, and comfort with POS systems and social media selling. Flexible scheduling, including nights and weekends, is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred); knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), walkie‑talkie use, ability to read price/release sheets.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Luxury retail background, social media savvy, experience with live‑stream shopping or video demos, clienteling and data acquisition skills.
• Schedule: ability to work nights, weekends, peak periods and high-traffic retail days.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as brand ambassador and adhere to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools and social selling to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Support inventory and daily store operations.
