Coach is a global fashion house seeking a Brand Ambassador in Portugal to drive sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will embody Coach values, lead store initiatives, and support recruitment and training to develop a high-performing team.

You will foster an inclusive culture, mentor colleagues, and ensure adherence to company policies while enhancing brand presence across the store operations.

Qualificações

• 1+ years of equivalent experience in managing competitive retail space at the lead supervisor level.
• Ability to bend, reach, lift up to 50 pounds as needed for store operations.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains strong leadership on the sales floor to meet sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Serves as a Brand Ambassador embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness.
• Leads implementation of company initiatives and supports full operation of the business.
• Monitors sales data, identifies trends, and develops the team to improve customer experience.
