Job summary

HUGO BOSS Portugal seeks Sales Associates for the BOSS Store in Amoreiras Shopping Center, Lisbon. This full-time role (40 hours/week) requires luxury retail experience and a proactive, customer-focused attitude to exceed expectations and drive store performance.

You will identify customer needs, answer product questions, process orders and alterations, and promote product knowledge while maintaining a professional image.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Sales Associate in retail (luxury retail is a strong plus).
• From 3 to 5 years experience in premium retail.
• Willingness to adapt and take on new challenges.
• Consistently presents a professional image.
• Proactive profile with excellent customer service and sales drive.

Responsibilities

• Maximise every sales opportunity to achieve store and individual targets.
• Identify customer needs and respond to product-related questions, including price, location, features, benefits and use.
• Ensure orders and alterations are completed efficiently within timeframes.
• Upsell through product knowledge to draw attention to items and maximise sales.
