Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience and support daily store operations. You will build relationships, meet personal and store sales goals, and represent the Coach brand with style and integrity.

In this role you will use mobile POS and social selling tools, participate in brand initiatives, and collaborate with a team to drive loyalty and revenue while delivering exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of luxury retail sales experience.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer use (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency.
• Experience with live-stream shopping or video demos is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• EU-based applicants welcome; English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Assist with daily store operations, inventory, and visual merchandising.
