ME Lisbon, a luxury hotel in the heart of the city, seeks a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager across all meal periods. You will lead the team, ensure service standards, and contribute to financial and operational success.

Responsibilities include overseeing breakfast to dinner services, driving guest satisfaction, and adhering to HACCP and safety standards. Fluency in Portuguese and English is required, with a passion for excellence.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong leadership, people management, and decision-making abilities.
• Service and quality-driven mindset, with a keen eye for detail and innovation.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Solid knowledge of F&B operations, food handling, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Highly proactive, organized, and committed to delivering excellence under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Guarantee a consistently outstanding guest experience, anticipating needs and creating personalized moments.
• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations across breakfast, lunch, and dinner services, ensuring smooth and efficient execution.
• Lead, motivate, and support the team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability.
• Monitor budgets, costs, and revenues, analyze P&L performance, and implement corrective actions with the F&B Director when necessary.
• Ensure strict compliance with hygiene, health, and food safety standards (HACCP), and manage any corrective measures effectively.
• Handle guest feedback and incidents with professionalism, coordinating with the Guest Experience team to guarantee satisfaction.
