Melia Hotels International S.A.(Meliá) in Lisbon is seeking a professional Waiter to provide attentive, sophisticated service at ME Lisbon, a luxury hotel renowned for modern design, vibrant energy and exceptional guest experiences.

You will deliver food and beverage service with accuracy and timing, manage orders using hotel systems, support setup and breakdown of the restaurant, and collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to uphold brand standards.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a waiter role, preferably in luxury hotels or high-end restaurants.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a guest-centric mindset.
• Passion for hospitality, service excellence, and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English; other languages are considered a plus.
• Good understanding of F&B service standards, food handling, hygiene, and food safety.

Responsabilidades

• Provide an outstanding dining experience through warm, professional, and attentive service.
• Deliver food and beverage service efficiently, ensuring accuracy, timing, and consistent quality.
• Manage order taking using hotel systems, process payments, and maintain attention to detail in all interactions.
• Support the setup and breakdown of the restaurant, ensuring the space is always clean, organized, and aligned with brand standards.
• Handle guest requests, questions, and feedback with a courteous and solutions-oriented approach.
• Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to ensure smooth operations and seamless coordination with the kitchen and bar teams.
