Job summary

Dr. Bruno Ferreira is seeking a warm, calm, and articulate professional to be the link between the doctor and patients through every stage of the journey. You will manage written communication, relaying needs to Dr. Ferreira and returning clear, friendly answers to patients.

Hybrid, full‑time role starting October 2026. You’ll guide inquiries, coordinate consultations and pricing, welcome patients on surgery day, and support post‑op follow-ups, with English fluency and Portuguese mastery.

Responsibilities

• Answer every enquiry so well that people are glad they wrote.
• Guide patients from first contact to booked surgery: consultation, pricing, deposit, date.
• Coordinate consultations and the written reports we build from Dr. Ferreira's notes using our own AI tools.
• Welcome patients on surgery day and set the tone from the moment they arrive.
• Stay close afterwards with milestone follow-ups, progress photos, and the kind of care that turns patients into recommendations.
• Keep our Instagram alive and help with day-to-day marketing.
