Olivia Hotels Collection in Lisbon is looking for an experienced Front Office Receptionist to join Olivia Lisboa, our new hotel project in Lisbon.

You will be the face of Olivia Lisboa, delivering warm, professional and personalised service and guiding guests from arrival to departure with discretion and care.

Fluency in English is essential, with Spanish or additional languages considered a strong advantage, and a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences.

Qualificações

• Front Office experience in a 4-star Superior or 5-star hotel.
• Experience in luxury hospitality.
• Fluent or advanced English.
• Spanish or additional languages is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Natural ability to anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations.
• Discretion, elegance, professionalism and attention to detail.
• Proactive, positive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to stay composed in a fast-paced environment.

• Welcome and engage with guests in a warm, professional and personalised manner.
• Deliver a seamless experience throughout the guest journey, from arrival to departure.
• Handle check-in and check-out with discretion and attention to detail.
• Anticipate guest preferences and needs, offering personalised solutions.
• Build genuine relationships with guests and create memorable moments.
• Handle requests, feedback and challenging situations with confidence and professionalism.
• Work closely with all hotel departments to ensure a seamless and consistent guest experience.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and provide personalised recommendations.
• Represent Olivia's standards of service excellence, elegance and hospitality at every interaction.
