Kvinne HR Consulting is helping a global leader recruit a Lithuanian-speaking Customer Advisor for Lisbon relocation. You will handle inquiries via phone, email and chat, document interactions, and work with the team to improve service standards.

Relocation includes airfare, shared accommodations, and comprehensive health coverage, with full training and onboarding in a multinational environment. Portuguese language support is part of personal development offerings.

Qualificações

• Lithuanian language proficiency required (written and spoken).
• English level: B2 or C1.
• Minimum education: High School Diploma.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

UE Passaport, Job Seeker Visa for Portugal or Residence Card in Portugal

Native or fluent in Lithuanian(both written and spoken)

English B2 or C1

Minimum: High School Diploma

Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory

Positive, proactive mindset with strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Comfortable using computer systems and technology

Flexibility to work rotating shifts if required
