The lemon Consulting in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a dedicated B2B technical support specialist to assist advertisers using Facebook Family Apps and Advertising Services. This on-site role covers 40 hours per week with rotating shifts.

You will manage inbound Email and Chat inquiries, and convert most cases into proactive outbound calls delivering white-glove support. The package includes a base salary with holiday and Christmas bonuses, meal card, and health insurance from day one.

Responsabilidades

• Provide B2B technical support tailored to client growth needs
• Support advertisers using Facebook Family Apps & Advertising Services
• Handle challenging inbound inquiries via Email and Chat
• Convert majority of email/chat cases into proactive outbound calls to offer white-glove support
• Multitask efficiently across multiple software tools
