Working Adventures is seeking an Advertiser Support Specialist in Lisbon, Portugal. You will provide B2B support to advertisers using a major international platform, handling technical and product-related issues mainly via email and chat.

You will work in a 6-month contract, with housing assistance and a fixed rotating shift schedule 07:00–19:00, Mon-Sun, 2 days off. Salary is €920 monthly, plus a €40 complexity bonus. You may relocate as required and join a small, dedicated support team.

Qualificações

• Native Turkish speaker with fluent English (B2)
• 18+ with EU passport/ID
• Ability to relocate to Portugal

Responsabilidades

• Provide B2B advertiser support via email and chat.
• Help advertisers resolve technical and product-related issues.
• Collaborate with Product Operations and Engineering teams.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction with rotating shifts.
