Encaja Talent is seeking enthusiastic Travel Advisors to join our Lisbon operations, providing chat, email, and phone support for customers in travel and bookings. A six-week nesting onboarding program with guided coaching helps set you up for success.

You will handle queries, reservations, and adjustments, maintain detailed case records, and follow internal procedures while contributing to performance insights. Rotating shifts available, 40 hours/week, with base salary and bonuses.

Qualificações

• C2 Spanish speaker with C1 English skills.
• On-site in Lisbon city centre; rotating shifts.
• Experience in data analysis within a BPO or contact centre preferred.
• Advanced Excel and reporting/data visualization skills.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer queries via chat, email, and phone.
• Assist with bookings, reservations, and adjustments.
• Resolve customer enquiries quickly, accurately, and professionally.
• Keep detailed case records and maintain clear communication.
• Follow internal procedures and quality standards.
• Support continuous improvement with data analysis and performance insights.
• Prepare ad hoc reports for internal and client use.
