Consort Group in Lisbon is seeking an IT Software Asset Management Officer to govern and optimize software assets, ensuring licensing compliance and alignment with procurement and IT teams.

You will build reports and dashboards, maintain software inventories, and contribute to governance and continuous improvement initiatives across international teams. A minimum of 3 years in IT environments and knowledge of licensing models is required; ITIL is a plus.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT environments.
• Experience in Software Asset Management, IT Asset Management, Contract Management, or related activities.
• Experience working in international and multicultural environments.
• Knowledge of software licensing models and compliance principles.
• Experience collaborating with remote teams and multiple stakeholders.
• ITIL certification is considered a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage software assets and ensure licensing compliance.
• Collaborate with procurement, contract management, and IT teams.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs for SAM.
• Maintain software inventories, records, and evidence of usage.
• Produce operational reports and management summaries.
• Coordinate with international teams on SAM initiatives.
