Ersilia is partnering with a leading global customer experience provider to recruit English-speaking Sales Development Representatives and Account Managers for an on-site role in Lisbon, Portugal.

You will build a pipeline of B2B clients, onboard advertisers, optimize campaigns, and act as a trusted advisor. This fast-paced, performance-driven role offers a structured training program, a competitive salary, and opportunities for career growth within a global organization.

Qualificações

• Fluent English (C1/C2).
• 1–2 years in sales, digital marketing, or business development.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
• Understanding of sales funnels and pipeline management.
• Results-driven mindset with KPI targets.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and engage new business opportunities through outbound prospecting.
• Build and manage a pipeline of B2B clients and agency partners.
• Support onboarding and activation of new advertisers.
• Advise clients with tailored advertising solutions.
• Manage and optimize campaigns to drive performance and ROI.
• Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor campaign results and adjust strategies based on data.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality client experiences.
