Qualificações

• Fluent English (C1/C2) with 1–2 years of experience in sales, digital marketing, or business development.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; CRM experience is a plus.
• Understanding of sales funnels and pipeline management.
• Results-driven mindset with ability to meet KPIs and targets.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and engage new business opportunities through outbound prospecting (calls, email, social outreach).
• Build and manage a pipeline of B2B clients and agency partners.
• Support onboarding and activation of new advertisers.
• Act as a trusted advisor, recommending tailored advertising solutions.
• Manage and optimize advertising campaigns to drive performance and ROI; build long-term client relationships.
• Monitor campaign results and adjust strategies based on performance data.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality client experiences.
