Job summary

WeDoma - Asset Management in Lisbon seeks experienced Business Development Consultants to expand the client and partner network across its real estate services.

You will identify buyers, investors and property owners, source opportunities including off-market assets, and manage a pipeline from introduction to completion with team support.

This commission-based role offers flexible working arrangements and strong earning potential based on deals you bring and close.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in real estate, business development or a related advisory field.
• An established client, investor or property-owner network and a track record of generating business.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• An independent, proactive approach and the ability to manage opportunities through to completion.
• Discretion, professionalism and a commitment to long-term client relationships.
• Fluency in English, Portuguese and other languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identifying and developing relationships with buyers, investors, property owners and strategic partners.
• Sourcing properties and investment opportunities, including off-market assets.
• Connecting clients with WeDoma's asset management, construction oversight and partner-led financing solutions.
• Managing an active pipeline, from initial introductions through negotiation and completion.
• Working with our team and specialised partners to prepare proposals and coordinate client support.
