Cars2click in Lisbon, Portugal, seeks Outbound Sales Operators to join our growing international sales team. You will make outbound calls, identify needs, present solutions, and close deals in a fast-paced automotive tech environment.

Fluent English is mandatory; Portuguese work permit required. Experience in call centers or sales is a plus. We offer training, an attractive base salary, generous commissions, a meal allowance, and a quarterly bonus in a modern, on-site office.

Qualificações

• Fluent English is mandatory.
• Previous experience in Call Center, Telemarketing, Inside Sales or Sales is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales, negotiation and closing abilities.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Results-oriented, proactive and motivated by targets.
• Strong team spirit and work ethic.
• Genuine passion for the automotive industry.
• Valid work permit for Portugal.

Responsabilidades

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Proactively generate new business opportunities through cold calling.
• Identify customer needs and present suitable products and solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Follow up on leads and sales opportunities.
• Present and demonstrate our products and services.
• Negotiate commercial conditions and close sales.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity in the CRM.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
