Hiring İnternational in Lisbon is seeking an English-speaking Sales Representative to join our on-site team. You will drive outbound sales, generate and qualify leads, and present tailored solutions to prospects while building lasting relationships.

The role requires proven outbound sales experience, strong English (C1), and a customer-focused, target-driven mindset. You must currently live in Lisbon and be ready to start on 28 September 2026.

Qualificações

• English at least C1 level; strong spoken English
• Experience in outbound sales or lead generation
• Confident when making cold calls and engaging prospects
• Target-driven, proactive and resilient personality
• Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
• Customer-focused and commercially minded
• Currently living in Lisbon
• Non-EU candidates must hold a valid Residence Card

Responsabilidades

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers
• Generate and qualify new sales leads
• Identify customer needs and present suitable solutions
• Build relationships with potential customers
• Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline
• Handle objections and guide prospects through the sales process
