Best hire in Lisbon is seeking English Sales Agents to join our on-site team. You will handle sales calls in English, promote and sell the client's products, identify needs and close deals. This is a target-driven role with uncapped commission; training starts in October 2026.

Based in Lisbon or nearby, you must be able to commute daily and work rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays. A proven sales background and fluency in English (C1) are essential for success.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in sales (mandatory).
• Track record of meeting sales targets.
• Based in Lisbon or Greater Lisbon area with daily office commute.

Responsabilidades

• Handle sales calls in English.
• Present, promote and sell the client's products and services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend the right solutions.
• Upsell and cross-sell to increase order value.
• Handle objections professionally and close sales.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs, including conversion rate.
• Log every lead, call and sale accurately in the CRM.
• Follow sales compliance, data protection (GDPR) and quality guidelines.
