Hiring İnternational in Lisbon is seeking a results-driven English-speaking Sales Representative to join our international sales team. Ideal candidates have proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation and prospecting and enjoy engaging with customers to turn opportunities into concrete results.

You will conduct outbound calls, qualify leads, identify customer needs and present suitable solutions while building relationships and consistently working toward personal and team sales targets

Qualificações

• English level C1 or higher.
• Strong spoken English and clear communication.
• Outbound sales or lead generation experience.
• Confident making cold calls and engaging prospective customers.
• Target-driven, proactive and resilient personality.
• Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
• Customer-focused and commercially minded.
• Currently living in Lisbon.
• Non-EU candidates must already hold a valid Residence Card in hand.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Generate and qualify new sales leads.
• Identify customer needs and present suitable solutions.
• Build relationships with potential customers.
• Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline.
• Handle objections and guide prospects through the sales process.
