Cross Border Talents is hiring a Spanish-speaking Customer Service Representative for on-site work in Lisbon, Portugal. You will handle customer interactions in Spanish with English support (C1 level).

The role requires at least 1 year of customer service experience and strong communication skills. The position operates on-site in Lisbon with rotating shifts, Monday through Sunday between 07:00 and 21:00, two days off per week.
