A Jo B Training & Coaching está à procura de profissionais que falem dinamarês para integrar uma equipa de suporte técnico in situ em Lisboa. O foco é ajudar utilizadores a compreender funções, resolver problemas técnicos e manter uma experiência de busca digital de alta qualidade.

O posto envolve tarefas de análise de comunicações, resolução de questões técnicas, triagem de pedidos em tempo real, e escalonamento de situações mais complexas para equipas especializadas.

Qualificações

• Falante de dinamarquês com proficiência em inglês.
• Trabalho em equipa no escritório em Lisboa, com suporte técnico ao cliente.

Responsabilidades

• Solucionar problemas técnicos relatados por utilizadores.
• Analisar relatórios de utilizadores e gerir pedidos de suporte em tempo real.

We are looking for Danish-speaking candidates with strong English proficiency to join an on-site technical customer service team dedicated to enhancing online search experiences. This position involves guiding users, solving technical problems, and contributing to the accuracy and quality of digital search functions.

Your main responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, reviewing user reports, managing real-time support requests, and escalating complex situations. You will follow detailed workflows and maintain service excellence throughout all interactions. Analytical thinking, clarity in communication, and adaptability are essential in this role.

The schedule operates in rotational shifts between Monday and Sunday. You will work in a multicultural, professional, and supportive environment designed to foster growth, collaboration, and continuous learning.
