FH Collective Academy is seeking a Danish-speaking Customer Service professional to support customers in Danish and English from Portugal, in a fully remote role. You will handle requests, understand needs, and deliver high-quality service in an international environment.

The position requires residency in Portugal, fluency in Danish and English, and availability Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00. The role offers a remote setup with a competitive package and benefits.

Danish-Speaking Customer Service Advisor | Remote in Portugal

We are looking for Danish-speaking Customer Service professionals to join an international customer support team in Portugal.

This is a fully remote opportunity for candidates who are already residing in Portugal and have fluent/native-level Danish and English.

• Salary: €1,500 gross/month × 14 payments

About the Role

As a Danish-speaking Customer Service professional, you will provide essential support to customers in both Danish and English.

You will communicate with customers, understand their needs, provide appropriate assistance and contribute to delivering a high-quality customer experience in an international environment.

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
• Must already be residing in Portugal
• Availability to work Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00

Salary & Benefits

• €1,500 gross/month × 14 payments
• €2,000 welcome bonus, paid in 12 monthly instalments during the first year
• €7.63 food allowance per working day
• Fully remote working model
• Saturday and Sunday off
• International working environment

Equipment

Candidates living within 50 km of the office are required to collect their equipment in person.

For candidates living more than 50 km away, the equipment will be shipped to them.
