What the job actually involves

Day to day you will be provide support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a professional and helpful customer experience, assist with account setup and onboarding for new users, support customers with orders, deliveries, and logistics-related inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues related to the application, devices, and accessories, handle financial-related questions, including transactions, deposits, and activity reports, provide clear and accurate product information to customers, and upscale complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.

You will also handle maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow internal procedures.
